The incidence of diabetes is increasing across the world. While a lot of resources are being allocated to its management the success in improving control and preventing complications seems limited. One of the main factors for the limited success is paucity of patient and more importantly staff education. Most of us don't seem to fully understand the underlying mechanisms affecting glycaemic control and the various areas where the drugs act and how the combinations work. This course will make you fully understand the principles underlying diabetes management helping you manage and educate your patients in a completely different and successful way.
